Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational change management activities for cross-functional projects.
- Conduct impact and stakeholder assessments, develop plans, and design training and champion activities.
- Establish adoption metrics, monitor post-implementation, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in change management or organizational transformation roles.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position, not available to residents of California.
- Normal business hours with extended hours when necessary.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of time, including international travel.
