The Systems Engineer will maintain and improve the core internal systems that support day-to-day IT operations across the enterprise by focusing on automation, reliability, security, and supportability. This role will serve as the primary escalation point for the Service Desk and is expected to lead in issue resolution across platforms such as Okta, JAMF, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
The Learning and Development Specialist will sit within our Human Resources Team, reporting to the HR Business Partner, and be responsible for leading learning & development support across ISC2 to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to perform effectively in their current and future roles. The individual will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training and development activities across ISC2.
