About the Role:
- Lead change adoption activities across large-scale IT and strategic initiatives within the PMO.
- Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to drive successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments to identify adoption risks and opportunities.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Establish and track adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, adoption, communications, or organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
