Change Management Partner III

Your Impact:

• Independently develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for assigned initiatives, applying ADKAR-based methodology from discovery through sustainment.
• Assess the complexity, scope, and stakeholder landscape of each initiative to calibrate the appropriate level and type of change support required.
• Identify adoption risks and resistance patterns early and develop proactive mitigation strategies that integrate with the project plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Prosci certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management with demonstrated success leading change on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working within a project governance or EPMO-governed delivery environment preferred; healthcare industry experience a plus.
