Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audience analysis and development of cultural change strategy, including goals, key messages, and channels.
- Support creation of execution plans and deliver communication and engagement activities across multiple platforms.
- Identify adoption barriers and collaborate with OFPP, FAI, and cross-agency stakeholders to refine the change management plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting federal agencies.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing culture change or communications strategies.
- Strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills; Prosci or CCMP certification preferred.
