This role provides full-service HR business partner consulting support to the Global Customer Success group. Cultivate strong working relationships with leadership and employees. Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and manage organizational change initiatives.

As the Director of Strategic Delivery for the People Partnerships (2P) team, you’ll serve as the right hand and strategic advisor to the SVP of People Partnerships, leading a team of program and project managers focused on enablement and People team product marketing. You and your team ensure the consistent adoption and execution of People solutions across the enterprise and drive the connective tissue that keeps 2P operating with clarity, rhythm, and impact.

Partner with senior leaders across the business, TA, Engineering, People Insights and external partners to design, launch, and scale programs that align with company’s strategic workforce goals.
