As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll design and deliver an orientation journey that’s seamless, informative, and rooted in company values and culture while continuously improving the onboarding experience using feedback and data, with the possibility of leaving a lasting impact.

In this role, you will identify training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and deliver impactful interventions that support individual and business growth. You will ensure employees have the tools and knowledge to excel, aligning learning initiatives with Mukuru’s strategic goals, design and deliver training sessions and create L&D programmes.
