The Wikimedia vision is a world in which every single human being can freely share in the sum of all knowledge, and the People Growth & Belonging (PG&B) Team leads the Wikimedia Foundation’s effort to provide staff with the tools, opportunities, and learning materials needed to shape a welcoming and supportive workplace environment where everyone has the chance to thrive. As a Senior Manager, you will define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, aligning with Wikimedia’s mission and organizational priorities. The individual will lead, mentor, and develop part of the PGB team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. The Senior Manager will drive evidence-based DEI strategy and oversee key initiatives, including constructive dialogue spaces, racial equity commitments, and global inclusion efforts. They will champion inclusive leadership development, equipping managers with tools to foster anti-discrimination and equity in decision-making.
