  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of People Department initiatives, developing project plans and tracking progress.
  • Support transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into executable plans and documenting processes.
  • Drive change management and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation of People programs.

  • Identify and secure new product partnerships with AI, social, EdTech, and other platforms to expand Wikimedia content reuse.
  • Manage partnership processes including drafting zero-dollar contracts, CRM, pitch decks, and cross-organizational coordination.
  • Represent the Product and Technology department at industry events and monitor technology trends for new opportunities.

  • Research and develop original content ideas for social media, connecting cultural moments and trending topics to the Wikimedia mission.
  • Design graphics and motion graphics, write light copy, and maintain a pipeline of content ideas for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Studio and Social Team to ensure brand alignment and innovate within creative guidelines.

  • Identify the most impactful problems and guide a cross-functional team to develop products that protect Wikipedia's security and privacy.
  • Drive product planning and prioritization using data and community feedback, maintaining strong relationships with key community groups.
  • Stay current with developments in online safety, security, and privacy to inform product strategy and interventions.
