Lead Program Manager, Developer Outreach

Lead Program Manager, Developer Outreach is responsible for program design & planning: understanding the technical contributors user experience and define objectives of all developer outreach programs. Develop strategic roadmap for the program portfolio, drive quarterly planning process for assigned programs (e.g. OKRs). They will lead all aspects of the delivery of the developer outreach programs, manage and facilitate in-person and virtual events and workshops focused on Wikimedia’s technical ecosystem and technical skill development for diverse international audiences. They will design program evaluation plans, establish milestones and monitor adherence to overall plans and schedules, develop and report upon relevant qualitative and quantitative project metrics. They will Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders. Serve as the core spokesperson and advocate for the program.This role will require some international travel.
