This role focuses on talent acquisition, sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional individuals, working cross-functionally within the People Team.

As a Senior Manager, People Business Partner (PBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving the development of talent strategies, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and enhancing overall people performance. This role requires deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.

This role will help build an extraordinary customer success team in a hyper-growth environment. The GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and be a DEI advocate. The recruiter will create strategies to build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Support the PEx team in aligning the Adaptavist Group business and its people, covering culture, engagement and well-being initiatives. Execute a strategy for Culture and Engagement that fosters a high performing culture. Drive wellbeing initiatives, lead internal employee voice surveys, and provide expert advice on culture change and team development.
