Member Care Recruiter

We are seeking a strategic Member Care Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiting, this role is essential in helping us scale our Care Operations and Member Care teams by recruiting top talent across a range of high-volume roles. The Member Care Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The Member Care Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within the Care Operations and Member Care teams. They will also source, identify, and engage top talent using creative and effective sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and champion a positive candidate experience.
