As an Operations Program Manager you will play a critical role in successfully launching strategic clients and leading complex, cross-functional projects within Member Care. This role is accountable for ensuring Member Care has the tools, resources and information needed to successfully support members. Help shape and execute strategies that drive member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across a wide range of audiences. You’ll lead the strategy, creation, optimization, and execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that ensure members get the care they need and see meaningful value from Included Health. This role blends creativity, marketing rigor, and technical curiosity.

Lead strategic projects and develop an exciting new area of the product, building product experiences that people love and are passionate about improving healthcare. Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for both existing and yet-to-be-developed products and features. Work with design, engineering, data science, client success, and other partners to prioritize features and ship products across the full product lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced doula passionate about educating and guiding members throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey, comfortable working within a clinical or medical setting. The Doula will support two programs: Black Health Communities and Care and Case Management, providing support and education to improve outcomes for all members. Ensure Android and Software best practices are utilized in the code base, participating in spec reviews and offering solutions specific to your platform.
