Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders within the Care organization.
Provide employee relations support, assisting employees and leaders in resolving workplace concerns.
Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations, maintaining accurate documentation and detailed records.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience conducting employee investigations and managing workplace conflict.
