Role Overview:
- Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to BetterHelp’s managers and leaders.
- Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge of BetterHelp’s mid- and long- range plans.
- Meet regularly with various department heads to assess and advise on current employee needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and employees to continually enhance working relationships.
- Build strong relationships with key people in the client group by frequently connecting with them.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Partnering with legal, maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee management.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and processes.
- Assist in driving various HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, merit reviews.
