Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview:

• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to BetterHelp’s managers and leaders.
• Develop and maintain an effective working knowledge of BetterHelp’s mid- and long- range plans.
• Meet regularly with various department heads to assess and advise on current employee needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management and employees to continually enhance working relationships.
• Build strong relationships with key people in the client group by frequently connecting with them.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Partnering with legal, maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employee management.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and processes.
• Assist in driving various HR initiatives: performance management, goal setting, merit reviews.
