Responsibilities:
- Primary Business Unit Support: Serve as the HR Business Partner for Product Development teams as well as G&A functions.
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with leaders in assigned business units to understand their goals and provide HR solutions that align with objectives.
- Advise & Coach Managers: Provide guidance on performance, development, and workplace issues.
90 Day Plan:
- Meet with business unit leaders to understand goals, assess HR needs, and provide aligned support.
- Identify training needs, support performance processes, and deliver targeted manager training.
- Serve as a trusted contact, address concerns, and support engagement initiatives.
Must-Haves:
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Direct experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
