As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll design and deliver an orientation journey that’s seamless, informative, and rooted in company values and culture while continuously improving the onboarding experience using feedback and data, with the possibility of leaving a lasting impact.

Assist and prepare ~200,000 service members separating annually from the United States Military to begin a new life chapter as a civilian, teaching and/or instructing military personnel transitioning to civilian professional and vocational occupations, guiding in identifying goals, and providing a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment.

You will play a critical role in identifying training needs, designing engaging learning experiences, and delivering impactful interventions that support both individual and business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring our employees have the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles while aligning learning initiatives with Mukuru’s strategic goals.

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team by analyzing the internal structure of the organization and creating strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. Reviews the organizational structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life.

Drive strategic people initiatives and impact employee experience by advising brands on HR practices. Partner with business leaders to assess people-related topics, ensuring high performance and resolving conflicts. Advise people on career progression and lead HR programs for respective brands.

We're seeking HR leaders and workplace enthusiasts to enhance leadership skills. This role involves delivering interactive training sessions on HR & Workplace topics, fostering inclusive workplace experiences, and providing guidance on anti-oppressive practices. You will lead workshops and adapt content to meet organizational needs.
