Schedule resources, ensure training quality, and advise on the impact of change to analysts. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide effective readiness training, and stay updated on regulatory and technology advancements. You'll play a key role in keeping our Reward Governance team and the wider Reward team running smoothly, owning compliance checks to ensure we remain compliant with the relevant remuneration regulations. You'll be supporting remuneration regulatory reporting and internal audits and also Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification. Furthermore, you'll provide administrative support to the Reward & People Tech squad and embracing variety as you flex and grow alongside Monzo's exciting journey.
