As our Sr. People Business Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to gain a deep understanding of each department’s unique needs, translating those insights into actionable People & Culture strategies. This role supports the SMS & Branch Network with candidate sourcing and attraction. You will manage job boards, source talent, and ensure teams have access to the best candidates. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working as part of a high-performing team.
