People Advisor

As a People Advisor at PortmanDentex, you’ll be a friendly and trusted guide to colleagues across the group—offering thoughtful, practical support that helps teams flourish. You’ll bring empathy and expertise to every interaction, making sure the approach to people is consistent, fair and grounded in our values. You’ll be a key part of the close-knit People Business Partnering Team and work hand in hand with our wider People teams and Operations. Together, you’ll help build workplaces where everyone feels they belong, can grow, and are celebrated for who they are and what they do. At PortmanDentex, you’ll be part of an inclusive, collaborative team environment where your development and potential are encouraged, and your new ideas and innovative approaches are welcomed. They offer a remote or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and their support office in Cheltenham.
