The Senior Manager, People Partners, supports the business by aligning our people strategy with business outcomes. The Senior Manager, People Partners proactively works with leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, collaborating closely with other areas in the people team functions to deliver people-centered initiatives that positively impact the business.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4-6 engineers who turn state-of-the-art AI technology into product features that supercharge creators to build engaging learning experiences. Comfort with management practices and strong project management skills are keys in this role. As a leader, you’ll be accountable for the team shipping reliable, scalable, AI-powered functionality.
Support the growth and development of our people by designing and delivering engaging learning experiences. Partner with the People team and cross-functional partners to scale learning programs and foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and performance in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Support and optimize the development, deployment, and operations of our software systems by working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across our systems. Assist in the development, deployment, validation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, help automate repetitive tasks and streamline development processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
The People Generalist, Operations & Compliance plays a key role in driving operational efficiency within our people operations processes. This position will support and manage critical projects aimed at ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements. The Senior Associate will be instrumental in streamlining people-related processes while ensuring the integrity of compliance and audit functions across the organization.
