Business Development Representative

Overview:

• This role focuses on proactively uncovering software and services opportunities with property managers on 3rd party platforms.
• The position works cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure prospect and customer needs are addressed.

Responsibilities:

• Research, email, and call prospects and customers using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Salesloft.
• Achieve daily call and email metrics to facilitate pipeline growth and quota achievement.
• Personalize value-based outreach to understand pain points and generate new pipeline.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 6+ months of proven success in a prior BDR role.
• Requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a desire for a career in sales.
• Must be a self-starter committed to using good judgment and being part of a team.
