- Lead RealPage’s collection and loss recovery operations.
- Support secure and compliant recovery efforts across payment products.
- Minimize financial loss while maintaining regulations.
- Key player in introducing new Sales Enablement projects and initiatives to the broader Sales Team.
- Work with Senior Enablement Leadership to create and build onboarding and continuing education content.
- Help design, build, and update RFP templates, assist with review and finalization as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff.
- Consult with customers on operational questions related to Revenue Management.

- Ensure our Customer Success onboarding program provides an incredible first experience and sets up new hires for success
- Coach and mentor Customer Success new hires as they ramp in their role
- Own integrated campaign strategy and execution for Data and Analytics and Agentic AI product lines.
- Design full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns aligned to personas and stages of the buyer journey.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and narratives into clear value propositions.
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy predictive and generative models for real production use cases.
- Build and maintain LLM-powered features and services.
- Deploy and operate machine learning and GenAI models in production.
- Conduct kickoff calls and orientation to the onboarding program.
- Create and execute a customized onboarding plan for customers.
- Set expectations for turnaround times and maintain a project plan for each customer
