Blue Orange is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to address expanding opportunities with a deep passion for machine learning, AI tech and innovative data solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our machine-learning initiatives forward and will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

The Principal Engineer will be spearheading the development of a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform that leverages our healthcare RCM data lakehouse to revolutionize revenue cycle workflows through autonomous, intelligent agents. Key responsibilities include architecting and building a scalable Agentic AI framework specifically for RCM workflows, designing autonomous agents capable of handling complex revenue cycle tasks.

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions and work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements then own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users. Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.

The role is critical for delivering production-grade AI applications that enhance user experience, automate workflows, and power intelligent user interactions. Responsibilities include overseeing the AI bot project, designing AI agent architectures, building frameworks for agents to interact with various tools and services, and optimizing agent performance.

Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform. You will develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data, and write and ship minimal code that runs in low-resource environments, with highly stringent deployment mechanisms. Given security and privacy are paramount, you will sometimes need to re-invent the wheel. Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.

This role blends application development with cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will work on the ServiceNow platform, leverage AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows and build intelligent solutions using technologies like Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your work will help transform how sales, marketing and customer-facing teams operate.
