Agiloft

Plays an instrumental role in delivering Agiloft platform features, working both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional agile development team. Instrumental for the development of high-quality software that conforms to approved design patterns and aligns with architecture goals and objectives. Responsible for leading, mentoring, and training team members in the ongoing development and support of components of Agiloft’s software platform, with a frontend focus.

Play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining AI-powered enterprise applications. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative software solutions that solve high-stakes problems for our customers. The primary focus will be on Screens, an AI-powered contract review application, where cutting-edge techniques using LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks are applied.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work with a fast-moving, ambitious team, building and maintaining enterprise software applications. You will collaborate with a group of designers, AI experts, and other software engineers in pursuit of a common goal: to build great software products that solve high-stakes problems for our customers. The team runs a modern software stack and iterates rapidly.

Be a part of our Technical Customer Support team, responsible for handling technical customer support for our product by phone, web, and email and working with developers to resolve critical issues for customers in a timely manner. You will be engaged in designing and implementing the software solution to meet the business needs of various clients. Find creative solutions for these requirements, requiring a deep understanding of the software and the ability to see issues from the customer's perspective.

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, drive the overall architecture for the Agiloft CloudOps systems by designing scalable and resilient systems utilizing DevOps and security best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally and lead DevOps initiatives, providing expertise to drive departmental goals. As an expert on the CloudOps team, assume a team lead role for various projects and initiatives, advising on complex technical issues.
