Product-to-GTM Communication:
- Serve as primary owner of internal product communication to GTM teams.
- Define and operate a release communication cadence and maintain a central knowledge hub.
Launch Program Management:
- Own the product-side internal launch readiness program across all product releases.
- Define launch materials, track timelines, and lead product readiness reviews.
Sales & Field Enablement:
- Ensure sales teams are trained and demo-ready for every meaningful product release.
- Run regular product update sessions and track field readiness as a measurable output.
Use Case Program & Strategic Customers:
- Partner with Product Operations to build standards for GTM-ready use cases.
- Lead strategic reference customer engagements and build feedback loops back to Product and GTM.
