The Role:
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programs for GTM teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
What You Will Do:
- Build scalable programs and manage them via LMS.
- Apply instructional design and adult learning best practices.
- Track program effectiveness and iterate.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–7 years in sales/technical enablement.
- Strong instructional design, LMS, and program management skills.
- Excellent communication in high-growth environments.
