As the Sales Force Effectiveness Latam Manager, you will shape and execute the regional strategy to enhance field force performance. Implement tailored improvement initiatives, advise senior leadership, and ensure standards are realistically set for all programs. Lead key SFE pillars, including segmentation, targeting, territory design, call planning, and incentive model.

  • Help prospective customers understand how the Clean as You Code approach fits within their software development life cycle.
  • Drive technical aspects of pre-sales business opportunities by doing technical presentations and demonstrations and supporting product evaluations.
  • Advise customers on the best alignment of the Sonar solution with their favored deployment strategy.

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand security posture, requirements, and architectural landscape.
  • Design and articulate MDR, MSS, SIEM, SOAR, and automation-focused security architectures tailored to customer environments.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on endpoint security, log management, threat detection, cloud security, and incident response integration.

$160,400–$258,500/yr

Engage with stakeholders in business outcome discussions to drive revenue growth. Partner with account teams to identify opportunities for Value Engineering (VE). Develop executive-ready deliverables demonstrating how Camunda enables business transformation and delivers value.

Execute and optimize end to end commissions process; this includes people tracking and inputs, quota consumption, credit inputs, commission output. Analyze and report to senior leadership on performance of the compensation plan as it aligns with stated goals. Lead role in variable compensation plan design, maintaining system updates, and communicating updates to the Go-to-Market teams.
