You will work closely with the Director, Revenue Enablement to drive productivity and performance across the full sales organization. This role leads enablement initiatives that support sellers beyond onboarding, focusing on everboarding and ongoing upskilling for ramped sellers. Key responsibilities include leading development programs and opportunity and deal coaching.
