Reporting directly to the Revenue Leader, the Head of GTM Operations & Strategy will be responsible for supporting the buildout and leadership of our world-class GTM org to enhance and scale our revenue growth function. Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the Core Sales & Post-sales teams, including TAM, Territory/Comp, CRM, and other supporting systems.

As a GTM Engineer, you will pioneer the use of AI to reinvent and reimagine Atlan's GTM Engine by leveraging AI to supercharge Atlan's GTM engine, designing, building, and optimising automated workflows across marketing, sales & customer success technology stacks.
