As the Sales Force Effectiveness Latam Manager, you will shape and execute the regional strategy to enhance field force performance. Implement tailored improvement initiatives, advise senior leadership, and ensure standards are realistically set for all programs. Lead key SFE pillars, including segmentation, targeting, territory design, call planning, and incentive model.

This position will play a critical role in improving the productivity and effectiveness of our Sales organization, supporting both new-hire onboarding and ongoing sales readiness initiatives. The Head of Sales Enablement will ensure that our Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives have the skills, tools, and content they need to consistently achieve and exceed their quotas. This is a highly collaborative role.

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will own your day-to-day independently and be part of a growing Revenue Operations team. There is much room for growth and future process enhancements that directly impact the sellers we support. Our goal is to maximize sales productivity and increase operational efficiency and rigor.

You'll proactively drive global Field Sales Unit scaling by providing strategic support for different stakeholders, from Sales and Marketing Teams to C-level management. You'll enhance sales processes, expand the pipeline, and oversee data-driven insights. Your efforts will improve process quality, sales efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth by equipping teams with essential tools, reports, and analysis.

As an early hire on our RevOps team, you’ll be  responsible for ensuring the sales team operates at peak efficiency every day. You’ll own the systems, processes, and insights that help AEs move faster, stay compliant with our GTM process, and focus on selling. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to streamline daily workflows and drive continuous improvements that increase sales velocity and deal quality.
