In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and scaling foundational backend systems with a particular focus on our emerging GenAI initiatives. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services, primarily using Python and frameworks like FastAPI.

Engage in a highly collaborative team environment where you will deliver software following best-practice principles using Agile methodology. Build and maintain full-stack enterprise technology solutions that scale and represent our brand to our users. Partner with our Product team to identify opportunities to streamline how we create, structure, and deliver content. Integrate with third party tools and our internal Data teams to facilitate critical feature experimentation and sharpen the content we provide.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll help thousands of Americans connect with financial advisors. You will be the frontline voice of the company, facilitate communication, and schedule meetings between investors and financial advisors. You will engage directly with consumers via outbound calls (200+ calls/day expected) and consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics. This is a remote position with a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EDT.

Seeking an experienced Senior LLM Engineer to join the team and develop high-performance, scalable and reliable LLM capabilities to power SmartAsset’s future. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the LLM service and supporting the logic, integrating the services as well as ensuring the performance scalability including handling hundreds of simultaneous users per second.
