In this role as Corporate Counsel, you'll partner with cross functional teams, providing critical support for strategic transactions like M&A, venture investments, and real estate. You will evaluate, negotiate, and draft agreements while advising on corporate governance and employee equity matters in a fast-paced environment.
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the Head of Legal Operations in managing the Legal Operations department on an interim basis, providing strategic and commercial legal guidance, overseeing corporate governance, and ensuring global compliance during this transitional period. You will work with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business objectives, overseeing legal aspects of company operations, including governance of a complex global entity structure and risk management.
You will provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization, assist the General Counsel to oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. You will work cohesively and collaboratively with the General Counsel and other legal team members and across other companywide functional teams. You will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
