Review, draft, negotiate and close revenue-generating contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs and other commercial agreements. Primarily support the Americas Legal team and Trust teams while also providing cross-functional assistance. Conduct legal research and advise on various matters pertinent to the business, such as privacy, data security, etc.
