The Legal Operations Manager will develop, manage, and execute the Legal team’s internal processes, systems, and technology tools, building out the foundation for the Company’s continued growth, handle daily legal administrative work, including contracts management, records retention, and other legal support responsibilities and contribute to cross-functional efforts to develop and improve company-wide projects.

Lead the global legal function as the primary legal advisor to Sales, Product, Procurement, and Executive Teams. Manage a team of 2 to 3 paralegals, providing expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting a mission-led, fast-paced international software business. Work closely with external legal counsel, leveraging knowledge and experience in commercial, corporate, IP, and data privacy law, particularly as they pertain to SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
