Responsibilities:
- Provide global legal support for commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide risk analysis for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- Minimum 5 years experience as in-house commercial counsel, preferably in healthcare SaaS.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $143,000 to $160,000.
