Obsidian Security is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Counsel to be the second person on the legal team. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues. Your primary focus will be on supporting all go to market activities globally, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial technology agreements, assessing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel and play a senior leadership role, shaping the company’s litigation and IP strategy and ensuring readiness for future growth. The VP/DGC – Litigation & IP will oversee high-profile litigation, direct the company’s intellectual property protection strategy, and act as a key advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
