Managing Counsel, Commercial & Partnerships

What You'll Do:

• Negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including carrier contracts, strategic partnerships, and AI vendor agreements.
• Own AI and data contract provisions, draft standard language, and advise on evolving risks.
• Build playbooks, templates, and contracting processes while training the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of commercial and technology transactions experience with a JD and active bar membership.
• Strong expertise in technology agreements, AI data rights, privacy, and IP.
• Experience managing and mentoring contract managers, paralegals, or junior attorneys.
