Role Overview:
- RZR is hiring its first dedicated in-house legal hire to own the commercial contracting engine.
- Report directly to the CEO and manage outside counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and close client IOs, NDAs, DPAs, and partner agreements.
- Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and AI tools for template-driven documents.
- Triage employment and general legal matters, working with outside firms.
