What you'll do:
- Own commercial contracting end to end: client and institutional agreements, partner and protocol arrangements.
- Advise Product and Engineering on onchain product design, turning legal constraints into practical guidance.
- Cover the wider legal docket alongside the GC, including corporate, governance, equity, employment, IP, privacy, and regulatory work.

- Strong commercial contracting experience with a high volume of varied agreements.
- Breadth across several legal areas and ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Experience building templates, playbooks, and processes that make routine legal work easier.
