In-House Corporate Counsel

Legal Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contractual matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee corporate transactions, including fundraising and mergers.

Collaboration and Compliance:

• Counsel product teams on data privacy, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage outside counsel on specialized legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain organized legal records.

Qualifications:

• JD from a top law school and active NY Bar membership.
• 3-7 years experience in commercial/technology transactions and privacy law.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
