Own commercial legal work across the company, structuring agreements and closing deals with Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, software licenses, and data processing agreements.
Address contractual testing permissions, scope, and handling of vulnerability findings for offensive security.

Qualifications:

7+ years of commercial legal experience with substantial responsibility for complex technology agreements.
Prior in-house experience at a technology company, supporting commercial teams and product stakeholders.
Direct legal experience advising on AI products or services, including data rights and risk allocation.
