- Partner with business leaders to balance speed and risk on new revenue opportunities.
ADVISE COMPANY LEADERSHIP:
- Provide practical, business-oriented counsel on strategic opportunities and commercial risk.
- Advise Marketing and Growth on advertising, consumer protection, and customer acquisition.
- Guide Product and GTM teams on AI, digital media, IP, privacy, and emerging models.
BUILD & SCALE THE COMMERCIAL LEGAL FUNCTION:
- Create scalable contracting processes for high-volume marketing and commercial transactions.
- Develop templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks for recurring deal structures.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to establish guardrails on performance-based economics.
