- Qualified solicitor with 5-10 years PQE, mix of law firm and in-house experience.
- Strong experience in enterprise SaaS contracting and AI companies.
- Practical corporate experience and working knowledge of UK employment law.

- Enable commercial team to move quickly with a pragmatic approach.
- Build templates and processes for scaling across commercial, corporate, and employment matters.
- Keep corporate housekeeping clean and audit-ready for next funding round.
