Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key legal partner to the business across corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, compliance, employment, privacy, data security, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including software, SaaS, AI, vendor, and licensing contracts.
- Maintain corporate securities filings with the SEC, such as Form 4, Form S-8, and Form 8-K.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience with strong business judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
