Reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Intermediate Regulatory Specialist is responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of activities related to environmental assessments, licensing applications and permit applications for Ensero projects and clients. Supports all activities related to environmental assessments, licensing and permit applications for Ensero projects and clients with support from Senior technical SME’s.

This position involves initiating, investigating, and litigating cases against those who violate New York City’s licensing and consumer protection laws. Responsibilities include supporting investigations, prosecuting businesses engaged in illegal conduct, performing legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlement agreements. The ideal candidate will manage case projects and related operational tasks.
