Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and/or skills and recommend course topics.
Research, curate, and organize relevant articles, case studies, multimedia resources, and reference materials to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of educational content.
Collaborate with Assessment Developers (AD) and Learning Experience Designers (LXD) to align new and existing course content with optimal instructional methods.
Updates the Student Information System (SIS) to accurately reflect learners’ personal and academic information.
Evaluates learner transcripts including incoming evaluation of general education, nursing, military, CLEP, and AP, and graduation or outgoing transcripts.
Monitors academic standing coordinates probation, suspension, and withdrawal procedures for learners.
