The Director of Learner Affairs will lead the establishment and management of our Department of Learner Affairs at Per Scholas, designing, implementing, and overseeing systems that ensure an equitable, safe, and supportive learning environment for all Per Scholas learners. This role involves initial hands-on involvement of existing processes, while concurrently working with the SVP of Learner Success in developing the departmental framework.

The Operations Coordinator, HB Coding coordinates a team effort to compile and maintain data for various functional areas within the Coding Department. This position monitors division statistics and evaluation measures, maintains the department’s dashboard, assists in ensuring competencies and compliance requirements are met, and oversees staffing and work assignments. This role provides lead assistance to Coding Management with related projects and Coding function coverage.

As a Permitting Associate, you will support the Permitting Manager on all aspects of the permitting application process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to expedite the permitting process and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating permitting support for projects, managing unique permitting requirements, and using data-driven approaches to track project performance.

Lead efficient and effective travel, logistics, event, scheduling, expense policy and administration in a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry. Coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people. Ensure fairness and consistency across teams and countries, requiring integrity, transparency and accountability. Schedule meetings, coordinate monthly reports, handle delegated approvals for travel and expenses, work across teams.
