Lead preparation of investor calls and board meetings, drive coordination across the leadership team, and support co-founders on special projects related to operational efficiency, business line expansion, and fundraising. Partner with function leaders to support key initiatives and work with Crux advisors to identify commercial leads.

Partner with the executive team to define and operationalize strategic objectives, lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality execution, and drive accountability by establishing clear goals, timelines, and reporting processes. Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and coordinate high-impact projects that span multiple teams and stakeholders.

As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO and the executive team, partnering with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals. This role demands someone with strong execution skills to oversee HR, accounting, administrative workflows, and cross-functional initiatives.

The Chief of Staff will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the uConnect Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This individual drives progress on cross-functional initiatives, manages administrative frictions, and improves the efficacy of ELT meetings and processes, partnering with the CEO to support the ELT.
