We are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to shape and execute our Product & Engineering strategy. You will work closely with the CTO and VPs to co-create annual and quarterly OKRs, translating them into actionable roadmaps with clear success criteria. This role involves managing multiple cross-functional programs, overseeing scope, timing, budget, and risk, and driving projects from start to finish.

We seek an independent board member to serve as Chair, bringing strategic vision, governance expertise, and deep understanding of platform business models in emerging markets. This leader will guide Viamo through our next phase of growth, support our executive team, and ensure our mission and values remain central as we scale.
