This role is vital for Thatch, spearheading the operational process of streamlining enrollments and payments of Thatch members to national insurance carriers in cases where automation hasn’t been built yet. As a member of the Carrier Operations team, you will assist with ensuring that customers are enrolled and paid for with health insurance carriers, interact with Engineering, and engage with customers.

This role provides logistics support to the Client Services Team. Primarily, accurately enter information into FranklinCovey systems, send client communications, maintain facilitator database, support vendor form requests, issuing and returning contracts and intellectual property licenses, and maintain the Salesforce/Google Drive filing system.
