This role plays an integral part in supporting Esalen Institute’s mission by ensuring our healing arts services facilitate a transformative experience for workshop participants, day guests, faculty, and staff. You will be expected to perform a variety of duties supporting the guests' experience through email and phone, as well as assess day to day operational needs for a seamless workflow among the massage and other healing arts practitioners.
Manage day-to-day operations associated with IRA investment activity, primarily through our partner custodian, Equity Trust, as well as other custodians used by investors. Coordinate account openings, transfers, investment processing, reconciliations, and general IRA operational workflows. Work closely with internal teams and external custodians to ensure that accounts are properly set up, documentation is complete, transactions move quickly, and investors receive a seamless experience.
