The Operations Analyst is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to launch their career in operations, logistics, and/or project coordination as well as get broad exposure to clinical research and community engagement. This role orchestrates day-to-day executive support for Community Engagement leadership, helping to manage team projects, track progress against key milestones, and maintain internal systems.

We’re looking for an Senior Executive Business Partner reporting to Chief of Staff to the CRO and supporting our VP, Global Customer Success and VP, Services & Support, who partner to lead Attentive’s entire post-sale Customer Experience function. This is a hybrid role that combines high-level executive support with operational and program management responsibilities.

As a DeleteMe Privacy Advisor you will be focused on helping members through removing their information from the internet by auditing personal data, managing requests for the removal of that data and communicating that information in a timely and accurate manner.

This role involves content/curriculum development, program design, strategic planning, project management, training and facilitation, and coordination across multiple teams. The Director will lead and manage TSP programming, build and optimize new systems and processes, manage multiple complex workflows across different teams, and help to ensure that Lawmaker Engagement team resources are deployed efficiently to achieve TSP objectives.
