Partner Programme Coordinator

Mark43 is seeking a Partner Programme Coordinator to join our Education & Enablement team. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their career or considering a transition into the tech sector. You’ll support the Delivery Partner Enablement Programme by arranging training sessions, managing system access, and ensuring smooth interactions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create efficient experiences that support how delivery partners serve first responders and communities. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, managing system access, tracking partner activity, collaborating with internal teams, running feedback surveys, and supporting documentation updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, confidence with digital tools, a proactive mindset, and an interest in operations or cross-functional work. Previous experience in coordination, education, customer support, or project-based roles is a bonus.
